Speakers' names in transcripts published on the RN website must be bolded like this:

Most transcripts will come to you with speakers' names followed by a colon. This makes it easy to bold names where they're used for speaker identification only, and not where they're referred to in speech—which we don't want.
With the transcript in a Microsoft Word document, make sure all speakers' names are followed by a colon (:). Copy the first speaker's name including the colon (highlight it and then hit Ctrl+C). Then hit Ctrl+H and the Find and Replace dialogue box will appear.
Paste (Ctrl+V) the speaker's name and colon in the top field, labelled 'Find what'. Then in the bottom field, labelled 'Replace with', paste (Ctrl+V) the speaker's name again and delete the colon. Insert the bolding code <strong>Name</strong> around the speaker’s name and add the colon at the end. Then hit the 'Replace All' button.
If this has had the required effect, repeat for the other speakers' names. All you need to do is substitute the other names within your existing tags in the Find and Replace dialogue box and hit ‘Replace all’.
